Emily Frohlich
Principal Facilitator
Emily is an organisational psychologist and has worked in consultancy since 2004. She is an experienced coach and is a member of the coaching panel for the senior civil service in the UK. Emily works in the role of business partner, trainer, facilitator and coach according to client need. Typical engagements include developing and delivering global leadership programmes, as well as team and individual development.
As a psychologist, Emily’s approach is behaviourally led and focuses on helping clients make sense of their mindset including underlying assumptions and drivers – and to become skilled at managing these positively. This approach remains important at all levels of interaction, be it one-to-one, group or organisation level. Emily has a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of London as well as also being qualified in a range of psychometrics. Emily has worked across most sectors and industries with particular expertise in central government and the legal sector. She is based in London.
