Keryn Weir is a facilitator and Organisational Development Practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in Organisational Development, Human Resources and strategy-based roles. Keryn has provided wide-ranging consulting services and has led Organisational Development teams in both the public and private sectors. Her experience covers Diversity and Inclusion, Human Resource Management, Learning and Development and Organisational Development. Keryn recently led a major project within New Zealand Police to design and implement a programme focussed on mitigating bias across the organisation using Cognicity.
Keryn holds a Master of Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
