As Research and Technical Assistant, Laura Cutroni contributes towards maintaining Cognicity’s e-learning system, and conducting research exploring diversity, decision-making, and unconscious bias.

Laura is particularly passionate about helping others, which is reflected by her tenure in a number of client-facing and, research- and education-based roles. Laura’s experience is complemented by her tertiary studies, having earnt both Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Sociology), and Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) degrees.
