Ruth is an experienced facilitator and executive coach who is qualified as both a coach and as an Occupational Psychologist. She works across all sectors creating and delivering programmes which enable individuals, teams and organisations to tap into their true potential. Part of her focus is on raising people’s self-awareness of both enablers and blockers to performance, with one such example being to recognize the impact of their unconscious knowledge and bias.
Ruth works with a number of global businesses to run leadership development programmes, to select top performers for new roles, and to support businesses to manage organisational change. Furthermore, Ruth has a particular interest in supporting individuals to develop good mental health and is a qualified mental health first aid instructor.
Prior to moving into the consultancy world, Ruth worked for British Steel and UBS as a Human Resources Professional. She is based in London.
