Andrew is an experienced facilitator and trainer and has over 25 years of experience working with multi-national companies, government organisations and universities in Asia, Australia, Europe and the USA. He has led large global sales transformation and excellence programs, written and delivered global training programs, established commercial talent development programs, managed global key accounts, and held senior executive roles in global businesses.

Andrew is also an ICF certified business and executive coach to clients in Europe, Africa and Asia. 

Andrew holds an MBA and BA degrees and he is a certified ICF coach and Cultural Intelligence (CQ) trainer. He has lived and worked in Australia, Europe and spent the last 13 years living in Singapore. Andrew is based in the UK.
