Jennifer Jones, co-founder and Director of Cognicity, has over 25 years’ experience as a consultant and facilitator. She has worked extensively in Australia and internationally on a range of strategy, merger, organisational development, leadership effectiveness and executive assessment and feedback assignments.
Jennifer’s background in managing change is complemented by strong business experience. She has held consulting/executive roles with Ernst & Young (Practice Head, Change Management & National Director, Human Resources and member of Global HR Steering Committee), AT Kearney (Regional Head of HR Asia), National Australia Bank (Global Head of HR Strategy), Amcor Ltd (Global Head of Organisation Development and Vice President HR Flexibles Asia). Her work with blue chip clients spans the UK, Europe, South Asia and Asia Pacific.
Andrew is an experienced facilitator and trainer and has over 25 years of experience working with multi-national companies, government organisations and universities in Asia, Australia, Europe and the USA. He has led large global sales transformation programs, written and delivered global training programs, established commercial talent development programs, managed global key accounts, and held senior executive roles in global businesses.
Andrew is also a business and executive coach to clients in Europe, Africa and Asiaand is also a part-time Lecturer at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
Andrew holds an MBA and BA degrees and he is a certified ICF coach and Cultural Intelligence (CQ) trainer. He has lived and worked in Australia, Europe and Asia and is based in the UK.
