Andrew is an experienced facilitator and trainer and has over 25 years of experience working with multi-national companies, government organisations and universities in Asia, Australia, Europe and the USA. He has led large global sales transformation programs, written and delivered global training programs, established commercial talent development programs, managed global key accounts, and held senior executive roles in global businesses.

Andrew is also a business and executive coach to clients in Europe, Africa and India and is also a part-time Lecturer at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Andrew holds an MBA and BA degrees and he is a certified ICF coach and Cultural Intelligence (CQ) trainer. He has lived and worked in Australia, Europe and Asia and he has called Singapore home for the last 11 years.
