Corrs Chambers Westgarth Case Study
Professor Wood and Jennifer Jones have worked with Corrs Chambers Westgarth on a range of projects over the past 5 years aimed at supporting key business strategies in relation to their current and future partners and staff. These have included unconscious bias training and the development of bias minimization strategies, inclusive leadership training, and the mainstreaming of flexible work arrangements. These projects supported Corrs key talent strategies, including diversity and inclusion, attraction, development and retention of talent, greater cross functional collaboration and teamwork.
Cognicity’s work for Corrs has included training programs across all offices and one-on-one discussions with partners to seek further opportunities for acceleration of uptake of key strategies, data collection, analysis and reports on the impacts of diversity and inclusion and flexible work strategies.
